At Veuve Clicquot, she worked as assistant winemaker, where the practical language of blends, balance, and timing defined the job. She later moved to Champagne Jacquart, serving as chef de cave / cellar master from 2011–2019. Today

"I have no rules. We can experiment and continue to build a future."
