Fook Chun-Wu is the Executive Chef of Long-Yue in Taipei. Long-Yue says he has worked as executive chef in fine-dining restaurants including Fook Lam Moon Hong Kong and Japan and Jin Yan China, and that his cooking philosophy is to let the natural flavor of ingredients speak with minimal seasoning.
