i. Biography
Frances Tariga is a Filipino chef born and raised in Manila, who built her career in Dubai, New York, and later returned to open Tadhana in Makati, a contemporary Filipino fine-dining restaurant on Jupiter Street. She first worked in Dubai at Burj Al Arab and for UAE royal households, then moved into New York kitchens and television competition appearances before opening her own restaurant concepts, including Tadhana and Trust Bae.
