Francis. Vallana

Francis Vallana is a member of the Vallana family winery in Maggiora, Novara, in Alto Piemonte, where he has been identified as the current winemaker and part of the fifth generation managing the estate. He is the grandson or great-grandson of the winery’s founder line, and he has returned to craft traditional Nebbiolo-based wines at Antonio Vallana e Figlio, including Boca, using concrete and large neutral casks.
