Franco Michienzi is the Wine Director at Elisa in Vancouver, where he oversees a cellar of more than 6,000 bottles and a wine program built around New and Old World selections. He previously advanced through Vancouver hospitality roles at Araxi Restaurant + Oyster Bar, West Restaurant + Bar, and Hawksworth Restaurant, where he became Head Sommelier in 2016.
