Franco Pepe is an Italian pizzaiolo and the owner of Pepe in Grani in Caiazzo, Campania, a pizzeria he launched in 2012 as his most personal project and a place centered on experimentation and local ingredients. He is also associated with La Filiale at L’Albereta in Franciacorta, where he is presented as the chef behind the pizzeria concept at the property. He has been featured by Netflix’s Chef’s Table: Pizza and has been recognized by publications and awards lists as one of the world’s leading pizza chefs.
