Behind the stills, Franco Regalini worked as maestro destilador at Restinga Gin, building the habits that define distillation: patience, precision, and attention to purpose. Since 2015, that same house has also carried him as co-founder of Restinga Gin, Mar del Plata, a role that keeps the work continuous while broadening the scope of responsibility. The progression is plain enough: from shaping spirit inside the process to helping guide the house from within it.
