François Chidaine is the winemaker and founder of Domaine François Chidaine, based in Montlouis-sur-Loire in France’s Loire Valley. He founded the estate in 1989 and built it into a biodynamically farmed domaine producing wines from Montlouis-sur-Loire, Vouvray, Touraine, and also Spain’s Bullas appellation.
