Freddy Andreasson

Freddy Andreasson is the Swedish-born bartender and owner of El Gallo Altanero in Guadalajara. He moved to Mexico in 2016, immersed himself in the local agave community and helped build the bar, which opened in 2018, around responsibly sourced tequila and other small-producer agave spirits.
