i. Biography
Frédéric Chabbert is a French chef and restaurateur best known as the chef-patron of Dôme in Antwerp, Belgium. After training under Alain Ducasse at Le Louis XV in Monaco and serving as Chef de Cuisine at Restaurant Petrus at the Island Shangri-La in Hong Kong, he took over Dôme in 2017 with his wife Evangeline, maintaining its Michelin star with classical, ingredient-focused French gastronomy.
