Frédéric Eyrier is the chef de cuisine at Pierre Gagnaire à Séoul, the French restaurant on the 35th floor of Lotte Hotel Seoul. He joined the restaurant in June 2012 and has led the kitchen there for more than a decade, with Michelin describing him as the chef who helped the restaurant earn two Michelin stars.
