i. Biography
Frédéric Morel is the Chef de Cuisine and co-proprietor of the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Cœur D'Artichaut in Münster, Germany, which he opened in 2019 alongside his wife Elisabeth Morel. Born in Brest, Brittany, and trained at the Lycée Hôtelier de Dinard, he built his culinary foundation across top European kitchens including Restaurant Vendôme, Jacobs Restaurant, and L'Auberge des Glazicks. Morel previously earned a Michelin star as head chef of Se7en Oceans in Hamburg before gaining two Michelin stars at Cœur D'Artichaut.
