Frédéric Panaïotis served as Cellar Master of Maison Ruinart from 2007 until his death on 15 June 2025. The Champagne oenologist shaped the house's modern Chardonnay-led style, mentored its future Cellar Master Caroline Fiot and developed wine-education initiatives including the Ruinart Sommelier Challenge.
