Frédéric Simonin

Frédéric Simonin is a French chef at his eponymous Michelin-starred restaurant at 25 rue Bayen in Paris’s 17th arrondissement. His career includes early work with Ghislaine Arabian at Ledoyen, later experience at Le Meurice, Taillevent, and George V with Philippe Legendre, then chef roles for Ghislaine Arabian’s Paris restaurant and Joël Robuchon’s La Table de Joël Robuchon before opening his own restaurant in 2010. He won his first Michelin star at age 27, and his restaurant has retained Michelin recognition; sources also note he became Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
