    Gabriel Rucker is an American chef best known for Le Pigeon in Portland, Oregon, and for co-opening Canard next door in 2018; Little Bird Bistro was his earlier Portland bistro project. He is a two-time James Beard Award winner, with honors including Rising Star Chef and Best Chef Northwest, and was named one of Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs in 2007.
