Gabriel Stulman is the founder and CEO of Happy Cooking Hospitality, the New York restaurant group behind Jeffrey’s Grocery, Joseph Leonard, and Sailor. He opened Little Owl in New York after moving to the city following his graduation from the University of Wisconsin in 2003, and later expanded his portfolio with additional West Village and Brooklyn concepts. Sailor in Fort Greene opened in September 2023 as a collaboration between Stulman and chef April Bloomfield.
