Gabriela Ospina is a sommelier and the Wine Director at the Michelin-starred restaurant Boia De in Miami, Florida. Born in Panama and raised in Miami, she previously worked in San Francisco and served as General Manager at Macchialina before joining Boia De in 2022. Ospina was awarded the MICHELIN Guide Florida 2024 Sommelier Award and the 2025 StarChefs Miami Rising Stars Sommelier Award for her low-intervention and thoughtfully wine program.
