i. Biography
Germán González Rico is Managing Partner of SOMOS Hospitality Group, the U.S. division of Coscomate Hospitality, based in Chicago. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Chapman University and previously worked with the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator before joining Coscomate’s business development team. He helped lead the 2019 Chicago debut of Tzuco with chef Carlos Gaytán and later expanded the group’s portfolio with Ummo, Loft 22, and Disneyland-area concepts including Paseo, Céntrico, and Tiendita.
