Giacomo Giannotti

Giacomo Giannotti is the Italian-born founder of Paradiso in Barcelona, a cocktail bar in the Born district that the venue describes as opening in December 2015. The official Paradiso biography says he was born in 1988 in Carrara, Tuscany, grew up in his family’s ice-cream business called Gelateria Paradiso, and later opened Paradiso, plus the related projects Paradiso Lab and Galileo.
