Giorgio Flessati works in viticulture at Mayu in the Elqui Valley, Chile, where the job is defined by restraint, reading, and timing. The Climb
Training at San Michele all’Adige gave Giorgio Flessati a technical base built on precision and vineyard discipline. Since 2004, he has been viticulturist of Mayu, a role centered on the day-to-day rhythm of the vines and the demands of Elqui’s conditions. He also serves as General Manager and Chief Winemaker of Lagaria, extending that same field discipline into broader wine decisions, from vineyard management to the final shape of the bottle.
