The Path

The technical base was built through an Analysis Laboratory specialized in the oenological sector, founded early in Graziana Grassini’s career, then extended through collaboration at Giacomo Tachis from 1994. Consultancy at Giusti Wine in Treviso, Italy, from 2020 to the present, places technical reading, tasting discipline, and cellar judgement inside a contemporary estate setting. In Graziana Grassini’s work there, the emphasis remains on revealing material rather than correcting it into anonymity. The official oenologist role at Tenuta San Guido in Bolgheri, Italy, sits within the same Italian consultancy practice, where cellar decisions are tied to site, variety, and continuity of house work.
