i. Biography
Gregor Vračko is the chef and owner of the one-Michelin-starred restaurant Hiša Denk in Zgornja Kungota, Slovenia. After completing culinary schooling in Austria and staging at landmark restaurants including The French Laundry and with Juan Amador, he returned in 2006 to take over his family's historic inn., he rebuilt the property into a modernist fine-dining destination, later earning Gault & Millau Slovenia's Chef of the Year title.
