Guillaume Camougrand is the winemaker at Yangarra Estate Vineyard in McLaren Vale, South Australia, where the estate focuses on certified organic and biodynamic southern Rhône varieties and estate-grown wines. He is a Béarnais winemaker who trained in southwest France, worked in Margaux and California, and has spent about a decade at Yangarra.
