Guillermo Tellez is a Mexico-born chef with more than 30 years of culinary experience who was appointed executive chef of The Lodge at Blue Sky, part of Auberge Resorts Collection, in 2024. He has also been identified as executive chef of Flora’s Field Kitchen at Flora Farms in San José del Cabo, where he focuses on organic, farm-driven cooking, and he has worked in kitchens including Charlie Trotter’s New York Sodexho, Executive Dining Concepts, and Red Owl Tavern.
