Hailey Trefethen is a third-generation member of the Trefethen family and a steward of Trefethen Family Vineyards in Napa Valley. The winery says she returned to the family business in 2008, helped manage the post-2014 South Napa earthquake restoration of the historic winery, and participates in vineyard, winemaking, sustainability, and brand-ambassador work. A 2026 trade report states that she was appointed President of Trefethen Family Vineyards, making her the third generation to lead the winery since its founding.
