Chris Kennedy is the winery chef at Trefethen Family Vineyards in Napa’s Oak Knoll District, where he creates seasonal food pairings for the estate’s wines and leads the winery’s culinary program. Before joining Trefethen full time, he opened Stomp in Calistoga and later launched Toast Catering with his wife, focusing on dishes designed to pair with wine.
