i. Biography
Hans-Peter Schmidt is the co-founder of Mythopia in Arbaz, Valais, Switzerland, where he and Romaine Schmidt developed a biodiverse wine garden and natural-wine estate beginning in 2004. He is a winemaker, researcher, and climate-farming specialist, and he has also been identified as director or research consultant associated with the Delinat Institute for Ecology and Climate Farming in Valais.
