Hans Vinding-Diers is a Danish winemaker associated with Patagonia and Uruguay, best known for founding and/or leading Bodega Noemía de Patagonia in Río Negro, Argentina, and for his earlier involvement with Bodega Chacra in Patagonia. He also served as winemaking advisor for Bodega Oceánica José Ignacio in Maldonado, Uruguay, starting in 2017, while some later reporting describes him as having stopped making wines at Chacra to concentrate on Noemía. He was described in one industry profile as having trained in Bordeaux and as a South African-born Dane raised in Bordeaux, but that origin detail is not fully consistent across sources, so it is treated cautiously.
