i. Biography
He-Sen Jason Liu is a Taiwanese chef and owner of LING LONG, the modern Chinese fine-dining restaurant in Shanghai’s Waldorf Astoria on the Bund. He previously opened LING LONG Beijing in 2019 and later brought the concept to Shanghai in March 2023. His work at LING LONG has earned Michelin recognition, including one star in Shanghai and one star in Beijing, and he has been noted for winning a Michelin Young Chef Award in Beijing.
