He-Sen Jason Liu is a Taiwanese chef and owner of LING LONG, the modern Chinese fine-dining restaurant in Shanghai’s Waldorf Astoria on the Bund. He previously opened LING LONG Beijing in 2019 and later brought the concept to Shanghai in March 2023.
