Henric Molin

Henric Molin is the founder, owner, and master distiller of Spirit of Hven on the island of Hven (Ven) in the Øresund between Denmark and Sweden, where he and his wife Anja also founded Backafallsbyn in 1998. He is a chemist by education and a flavorist, and his work has focused on spirits creation, production, valuation, and recipe development, with earlier roots in the wine segment in the late 1980s. He has also been profiled as a consultant to the global spirits industry and as someone who grew up in the restaurant business.
