Acumen Wines added a different scale of responsibility. From 2013, Henrik Poulsen served there as director of winemaking and Executive Manager, a title that joined cellar oversight with broader management. Since 2019, Alpha Omega Winery in Rutherford has been the center of Henrik Poulsen’s work as Head Winemaker.
