Hernan Parra is the master blender for Dictador, the Colombian rum brand, where he is associated with the 2 Masters collaboration program and with selecting and finishing aged rums in partnership with external wine and spirits houses. He is also described as a third-generation member of the Parra family involved in Dictador’s cellar operations, with coverage noting more than 40 years of rum-making experience.
