Hervé Lussault

Hervé Lussault is a Laotian-born French chef who has anchored landmark gastronomic establishments across the Touraine region in the Loire Valley for over three decades. After training under Alain Senderens at Lucas Carton in Paris and under culinary master Charles Barrier, Lussault earned a Michelin star at Restaurant Charles Barrier in Tours and held it for 17 years. He subsequently led the culinary kitchens at Restaurant Le 36 at Hôtel Le Choiseul in Amboise and the troglodytic luxury estate Domaine des Hautes Roches in Rochecorbon.
