i. Biography
Hugo Duchesne is a Montréal-based sommelier and wine director known for leading wine programs at several Québec restaurants. He was named Best Sommelier of Québec/2020 and placed second at the 2022 Best Sommelier of the Americas competition, while also receiving the MICHELIN Sommelier Award in Québec. He has served as wine director at Hoogan et Beaufort and as sommelier for h3, Le Coureur des bois, and Annette bar à vin.
