Iain McPherson is the founder and owner of Panda & Sons, the Edinburgh cocktail bar he opened in 2013. He began his bartending career in 2007 as a barback at The Voodoo Rooms before launching Panda & Sons, which has since appeared on the World’s 50 Best Bars list and earned major industry recognition. He is also associated with other Edinburgh bars including Hoot the Redeemer and Nauticus.
