Dre Yang

Dre Yang is the founder/co-founder of Pony Up, a cocktail bar on Jinxian Road in Shanghai’s Huangpu District. He is a longtime bartender-operator who previously served as head bartender of The Odd Couple in Shanghai and later opened Pony Up in late 2023. Pony Up was recognized by Asia’s 50 Best Bars and described as a neighborhood bar known for polished, unpretentious cocktails and a two-menu daytime-to-nighttime format.
