Wine selection can start with context, not status. Ian Cauble trained at Sonoma State University, then moved into the Douro Valley in Portugal and worked in port wine. He later worked under Dennis Overstreet at Wine Merchant Beverly Hills in Beverly Hills, California. Today, Ian is founder and Chief Wine Officer of SommSelect (since 2014).
