Ian Krupp is the wine director at Anajak Thai in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, where he has built a notable wine program centered on Riesling, Burgundy, and a broader natural-wine-leaning list. He was named the 2024 MICHELIN Guide California Sommelier Award winner and was also recognized as a 2024 StarChefs Los Angeles Rising Stars sommelier. Before Anajak Thai, he worked in Los Angeles and San Francisco at Providence, 1760, Kali, The Rose Venice, and Scopa, experiences that shaped his restaurant-wine career.
