Ian Krupp is the wine director at Anajak Thai in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, where he has built a notable wine program centered on Riesling, Burgundy, and a broader natural-wine-leaning list. Before Anajak Thai, he worked in Los Angeles and San Francisco at Providence, 1760, Kali, The Rose Venice, and Scopa, experiences that shaped his restaurant-wine career.
