Ian Rough

Ian Rough is Vice President, Executive Corporate Chef at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, where he oversees culinary strategy, menu development, and training across the company’s portfolio of restaurant concepts. He joined Cameron Mitchell Restaurants in 2002 and previously rose through roles including line cook, regional chef, and corporate chef, working on concepts such as Cameron’s American Bistro, Martini Modern Italian, M at Miranova, Marcella’s Short North, and Ocean Prime. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and received the Cameron Mitchell Award for outstanding contributions and values of genuine hospitality.
