Icíar Pérez Cejas is a chef from El Hierro, Canary Islands, who led the kitchen at Poemas by Hermanos Padrón in the Santa Catalina a Royal Hideaway Hotel in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and later opened Moral in Santa Cruz de Tenerife with her partner Juan Carlos Pérez.
