Ignacio “Nacho” Jimenez is a New York City bartender and operating partner of Superbueno, a Mexican-American cocktail bar in the East Village that opened in 2023. Before Superbueno, reports place him at Ghost Donkey and Saxon + Parole, and earlier in hospitality roles in New York after moving from Mexico.
