i. Biography
Iliana Partida is a fourth-generation maestra tequilera and master distiller associated with NOM 1522 in Amatitán, Jalisco, where she has been identified as CEO and master distiller at Hacienda de Oro. She has been credited with overseeing production for more than 25 tequila brands at the family distillery and later serving as master distiller for Tres Agaves’ organic tequila program.
