i. Biography
Brad Irwin is the founder and owner of Oregon Spirit Distillers in Bend, Oregon, where he has been identified as owner/master distiller and as the maker of spirits including bourbon, rye, wheat whiskey, vodka, and absinthe. He founded the distillery in 2009 after working as a bartender for many years, and later served as president of Oregon’s Distillery Guild.
