i. Biography
Gary Nelthropp is the President and Master Distiller of Cruzan Rum in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, where he joined the family business after Hurricane Hugo in 1989 and later succeeded his father, Hardy, as president in 2007. He is traveling globally as a brand ambassador and carrying on the Nelthropp family’s rum-making legacy at the Diamond Estate distillery.
