Nigerian-born Iré Hassan-Odukale is the co-founder and managing director of Ikoyi in London. He launched the restaurant with Jeremy Chan in 2017 and leads everything outside the kitchen, including finance, procurement, people, marketing and Ikoyi's deliberately unobtrusive service style.
