i. Biography
Andrew Park is a partner and wine director at Le Violon in Montréal’s Plateau-Mont-Royal, where he also oversees the dining room and wine program. Le Violon opened in June 2024 at 4720 Rue Marquette, with Park joining Danny Smiles, Mitch Laughren, and Dan Climan as part of the founding team. Before Le Violon, he worked in Montreal’s restaurant industry from age 17 and held management positions at Le Bremner, Willow Inn, and Liverpool House.
