i. Biography
Iván Domínguez is a chef from A Coruña who leads NaDo in A Coruña and has also operated NaDo Madrid. He launched NaDo as his own project in 2019, after working in the Spanish Navy’s kitchens, training in hospitality in Pontedeume, and cooking at restaurants including Casa Marcelo, Loxe Mareiro, Alborada, Arallo, Ánima, and Alabaster.
