J. P. Amateau

J. P. Amateau is the executive chef at Musso & Frank Grill in Hollywood, where he became only the third chef to hold that position in the restaurant’s history. He is a Culinary Institute of America graduate. He has worked to update the menu while preserving the restaurant’s classic traditions. He is also described as a Los Angeles native who frequented Musso & Frank as a child, giving him a long personal connection to the venue.
