Head Bartender at The Dead Rabbit Grocery and Grog in New York, New York, Jack McGarry grew up in post-Good Friday Agreement Belfast and worked on a historically-based drinks program. He later described the opportunity in New York this way: “However, from what I can tell, there’s definitely a consumer appetite for distinct, differentiated experiences; so for all those reasons, we felt the timing was right.”
