Jillian Vose is a beverage professional best known for her work at The Dead Rabbit Grocery & Grog in Lower Manhattan, where she served as bar manager and beverage director. She joined The Dead Rabbit in 2014 after working at Death & Co. for about three and a half years, and later became beverage director/managing partner before moving on to co-found Hazel and Apple in Charleston with Sean Muldoon. Her work helped guide The Dead Rabbit during the period when the bar won major honors including World’s Best Bar and World’s Best Cocktail Menu at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards.
